Quoted rates are estimates based on the information you provide and remain subject to equipment availability, verified weight and dimensions, lane conditions, fuel, and accessorial services actually performed. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in a written rate confirmation or transportation agreement signed by both parties.

Transit estimates are built against federal hours-of-service limits and normal conditions. We do not guarantee delivery times. Weather, road closures, chain law restrictions, dock delays, mechanical issues and regulatory inspections can change arrival times, and results vary by lane and season.

The shipper is responsible for accurate commodity descriptions, weights, dimensions and hazard classifications, for proper packaging and palletizing, and for providing correct pickup and delivery contacts, appointment requirements and site access information.

Cargo claims are handled in accordance with applicable federal law and the terms of the governing transportation agreement. Nothing on this website expands liability beyond what those documents and applicable law provide.

Operating authority, insurance coverage and safety information will be published only once documentation is supplied by the company. No statement on this website should be read as a claim of licensing, bonding, certification, accreditation or award that has not been documented.
