How is a truckload rate calculated?

Rate depends on lane miles, commodity, weight, equipment type, loading and unloading time, fuel and how much backhaul freight exists on the return. Accessorials such as detention, tarping, extra stops or layover are quoted up front so they are not a surprise on the invoice.

We are based in Sheridan, Wyoming and run regional Mountain West lanes, with over-the-road capability on approved longer routes. Tell us the origin and destination and we will confirm whether the lane fits our current network.

Do you haul LTL or partial loads?

No. We haul full truckload freight only. If your shipment is smaller than a truckload, we will tell you rather than quote something we are not set up to run well.

What information should I have ready?

Pickup and delivery cities, commodity, total weight, pallet count or dimensions, whether the load is live or drop, appointment requirements, and your requested pickup window.

How do you handle load securement?

Freight is secured to FMCSA cargo securement standards using the appropriate straps, chains, edge protection or tarping for the commodity, and the secured load is photographed before departure.

What happens if weather or a road closure delays my load?

You are notified as soon as we know, with a revised ETA. Mountain and high plains routes close for wind, snow and chain law restrictions; we do not ask drivers to run a closed or unsafe road to protect a delivery time.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?

We do not guarantee delivery times. We commit to transit estimates built against legal hours-of-service limits and to telling you promptly when conditions change. Specific delivery commitments are only made where a written agreement supports them.

What are your payment terms?

Terms are set in the rate confirmation or transportation agreement before the load moves. New shippers should ask about terms when requesting the quote so there is no ambiguity at invoicing.

Operating authority and insurance documentation will be published on this site once supplied by the company. Until then, certificates can be requested directly from dispatch before you tender a load.
